How to secure erase a single (1) SSD?

I understand that Intel's "Toolbox" has a secure erase function; however, I only have 1 SSD. I assume the SSD needs to be separat from the operating system? Will the toolbox software work if run on a HDD drive... I'm running Intel's 120GB 330 series ...

SSD Toolbox + Diskeeper 2012

Apparently, there's an issue with Diskeeper 2012's IntelliWrite causing the toolbox to think Intel SSDs are in RAID.-Hardly, felt it right to directly contact CS. So, posted it here...should pertain to SSDs...it is the software for them after all.-Ha...
