Hi I recently upgraded my standard HDD to a 520 240gb SSD. However, after installing OSX and migrating all the software, I realized that I should have updated the firmware.
My problem is, I have done everything I can according to the PDF help file, I have burnt the ISO file stated here:

I downloaded file name 0911036202M388208850.iso.
I had it burnt on a disk and tried to boot from the disk but it says "No bootable device" and refuse to go any further.
I don't know if this is because I have erased the drive and made it into OS journal so now the firmware doesn't recognize it, or whether it's something else.
Please help.
