Resolved! my intel ssd model dc s3610 1.6 tb has a password that I did not set and was wondering how to remove it.

I tried to erase it from disk management but it didn't work. I also tried the intel ssd toolbox software to erase it but it didn't either. any help is much appreciated. thank you in advance
