Intel 750 1.2T与DELL R730xd不兼容

在DELL R730xd PCIe 6插槽上安装Intel 750 1.2T固态盘后，服务器能正常使用这个硬盘，但是开机后服务器风扇一直全速运行。导致服务器噪音非常大，而拔掉Intel 750后服务器一切正常运行。请教下这是什么原因？服务器所有固件都已经更新。
