Our 910 SSD performance is low.

We are using two of the Intel 910 SSD PCIe drives in a Dell 810 server and getting about 25% of the performance that we would expect. What are we missing? I have used the SSD data center tool and turned up the power, but that only helped a little with write performance. Here is some info on our config;
