Tcase specification for each component on Intel SSD DC P4511 Series, 1.0 TB

Hello,

Could you provide the document number which contained P4511's Tcase specifications for each component like NAND, PMIC, Contorller, etc.? While I am doing thermal testing, the composite temperature reading from SMART tool is lower than the testing ambient temperature. I know the composite temperature is not a real temperature value, and it's more like thermal margin to the temperature limitation. Just want to attach thermocouples on these components, and double-check the composite temperature is reasonable in this case.
