Resolved! Intel SSD 520 Series 480GB

HelloToday i secure wipe my SSD and afters sucessfuly wipe i cant acces my ssd, it says that it has ATE security problems. When i check my SSD in linux #hdstate, i saw that my SSD is locked. how can i unlock it??? And psw was never set on this SSD.
