520 120GB SSD freezes

I just bought the SSD few days ago. It random freezes about 1 min each time now. It run pretty smooth before. But not align.Then i use AcronisAlignTool_2_0 to do align. After that can't finish benchmark and freeze on 4k-64 thrd. Also random freezes...
