Intel SSD DC S3500 not SATA 3.0 compliant ?

Hello,According to the datasheet this SSD is SATA 3.0 compliant.But the SMART data of my SSD report it as SATA 2.6.I reported this problem to the smartmontools developers, which identified that the SSD firmware indeed only report SATA 2.6 compliance....
