Need to know what cleaner to use with my ssd HD? I was told not to use one but I need to get rid of temp files and such to make room. Thanks

Hi
If using Windows then disk cleanup (right click the drive and there is a button there, or search from the start menu for Disk Cleanup) will get rid of temporary files and similar quite safely.
Something like CCleaner (Google it for download) will do a bit more to get rid of un-necessary files.
There is no problem using disk cleanup tools on an SSD, what you shouldn't use is anything that defrags the SSD, although doing so wouldn't cause it any harm, but on a regular basis it is wear and tear and an SSD doesn't need defragmenting.
