SSD 710 series RAID compatibility?

Hi

we have Adaptec 51645 16 port controller and 16 Intel SSD 710 series disks.

seems, there are come incompatibility between controller and SSD, at each reboot controller find random number of drives, but never all 16

can anyone help me with advice on this ussue?

are there recommended raid controller's list? (we need 16 internal ports).
