Is it enabled RAISE technology (from SandForce) support in 180Gb Intel SSD 520?

This feasure is enabled in 240Gb SSD and disabled for 120 Gb SSD, but I have not found such information for 180Gb device

I'm also interested in this. There is no mention of the RAISE status for 180GB.
