Based on the information provided, it seems that you are using an old version of the CentOS*. We recommend you to install the CentOS* version 7.2.15.11(Kernel 3.10.0).That is the only version of the operating system that the Intel® SSD Data Center Tool supports as per "System requirements" section in the user guide. All my customer's environment are linux. No windows there....
