Intel NVMe drive firmware is corrupted

My HP laptop suddenly had a blue screen while in use, and I couldn't access it. The hard drive was not recognized in the BIOS at all. Later, after testing with the data recovery tool pc-3000 (a commercial professional hard disk repair comprehensive tool developed by ACE Laboratory, a well-known hard disk laboratory in Russia), it was determined that there was a problem with the hard disk firmware. Can the hard disk data still be repaired?

Dear dewcwmtđ,

Thank you for contacting us.

If your Intel® NVMe SSD is no longer recognised in the BIOS and diagnostic tools report a firmware-level issue, we unfortunately do not have supported repair methods for user-level firmware recovery or data restoration.

We recommend contacting a professional data recovery service experienced with NVMe SSDs — they may have the right tools and expertise to attempt secure data extraction.

Once data recovery is complete (if needed), you can check your SSD’s warranty or replacement options through our support portal:

Hello, can you help introduce a professional data recovery service provider with NVMe SSD experience?thanks

Dear Ivan,

Thank you for contacting Solidigm™ Customer Support.

Please note that Solidigm does not recommend or support firmware downgrades, as doing so can risk data integrity and drive stability. Firmware updates include important fixes and optimizations that are not backward-compatible in all cases.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

Kind regards,
