Intel 670p OEM firmware

Hello. I've bought used SSDPEKNU512GZH. Turned out, it came from laptop and has HPS1 firmware. Is there a way to convert the drive to Intel 003C firmware? I understand risks.

Even if HPS2 is indeed 003C and not 002C, such upgrade will not resolve OEM lock which is my original goal.
