Good afternoon. I have a new ssd dc p3600, after several unsuccessful attempts to launch it, a red light was on it, and in Windows it is detected with an error, this device can not be started (code 10). how can I launch it. Thank you.

Good afternoon. yes i have a slot in which i used nvme plextor. and it worked well. I was p3600 there. I also installed all the drivers. but with isdct show -intelssd, there is no result. and it also appears correctly in the device dis- play, but with an exclamation mark (code 10). Thank you.
