I've observed that the 750 is exhibiting very slow boot
times in my lab when compared to the P3600 or 730.
Boot Time:
730 – 9.2 seconds
P3600 – 8.7 seconds
750 – 18.3 seconds
I measured the boot time from the first appearance of the
Windows logo (or spinning dots) to the appearance of the Win 8.1 Start screen.
I tested each drive individually in an ASUS X99-A
motherboard. The P3600 and 750 were tested in the same PCIe slot.
Each system had a fresh Windows 8.1 install with the latest
NVMe driver (1104). Data Center Tool 2.2.1 shows the firmware andbootloader for the 750 are up-to-date.
