Hello, ricky
Thank you for contacting Solidigm™ Support.
We would like to ask you the following questions:
- Have you tested your SSD on another system?
- Have you connected the drive directly to the motherboard? (For proper work your SSD should be connected directly to the motherboard without using a cable)
- Do you have any other drives that are attached to your system,? Are they functioning well?
If your issue persists, try the secure erase option.
NOTE | Always backup data regularly and before proceeding as this process removes all data from the drive. |
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via our Support Hub .
Kind regards,
Gleb

Hi
I backed up my data and secure erased .
I used acronis drive cleaner the old intel one as I couldnt do it in the Solidigm tool.
I also unplugged all my other drives and my older drive when plugged in would cause it to crash and this resolved my issue.
Thanks for your help.
