600p - what are the blue plastic strips for....?

Probably a silly question but...my new 600p SSD came with 3 rectangular blue plastic strips with adhesive. I'm assuming they are to do with heat management - but I can't find any documentation to tell me just how to use them!Can anyone help me or poi...

I have purchased a laptop with Intel SSD Pro 2500 240GB, It's only 6 months and I'm getting errors with code AA and E8. I want to fix them. I'm a student that's why wanting to fix instead of purchasing new one(Can't afford). Help!
