As part of our annual compliance data collection, Penguin Solutions (SMART Modular) kindly requests your latest CMRT and EMRT declarations by 28 July 2026.

Please submit:

• CMRT: Version 6.5 or latest Version 6.6
• EMRT: Version 2.1 or latest Version 2.11

You may submit either the requested versions or the latest available versions.

If you are unable to meet the deadline, please reply with the reason for the delay and your expected submission date.

For label, packaging, and document suppliers:
Please complete the CMRT and EMRT by indicating "No 3TG" and "No Cobalt/Copper/Graphite/Lithium/Mica/Nickel" in the Declaration tab and return the completed templates.

The Material Data Declaration Sheet (MDDS) is available through our Document Management System, which you can access here:

The search tool allows you to look up documents by product name, product number, or model number.

The available document types include:

• MDDS (Material Data Declaration Sheet): The document you are requesting.
• PCN (Product Change Notification): Documents product updates, including changes to product labels.
• DOC (Declaration of Conformity): Confirms the product's compliance with applicable standards.

Please note that if the Publish Date shows a year such as 2023 or 2018, that indicates the most recent version currently available. At this time, we do not have a newer version or any scheduled publication date for an updated document.

If you would like us to locate the document for you, simply let us know the SSD model or product name, and we will be happy to provide the appropriate document.
