The intel toolbox can't run optimizer

I have a x25-v ssd and installed it with win7. I have installed the toolbox but it can't run optimizer. Does anybody know it?

Mustard, That's great! For our information, which driver do you have installed now, Windows msahci, or something else?

I have the Evga x58 SLI win 7 x64 i7 950 3.0G and the toolbox sees the drives but all the options with the buttons to the left are all grayed out, when I click on any drive the screen runs refreshing with no options available (text is there but button not available) and that's about it, have no clue what is going on, can anyone help out ?
