Problems with 510 SSD

Hello,

I have some problems with my SSD 510. My OSX can't boot so I try several things to solve the problem.

I try Parted Magic to erase and partion the SSD, but there is no partion table and Parted Magic can't write a new table.

The Disk Utility from OS X also quit with the message, that it can't write the last block

Is there anything I can do?
