MB ASROCK P55 Pro, i7-860, ssd 25x-80 g2 (02HD), Win7-64. If i connect ssd, then Turbo boost not working. Why?

I have Turbo Key on my ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo board, I wonder if that will be the same, my SSD is in the mail, will follow up when I know for sure,
