Latest FW update any good for XP, Sata 1 system

Hi,

I was wondering if the lastest FW update and the tool box software are of any use to my sata 1 system that runs on XP. Will I be able to run TRIM, even manually or anything that will improve the performance of the SSD?

Forgot to mention, maybe it's a good ideia to run a bench before the FW upgrade, after FW upgrade and after you run the optimizer.

So you can see what really happens to your performace.

Try AS SSD, it gives a total score to fast compare results and you can also save the screen results to a jpg file for later use:

My update was successful, but I received your message only upon bootup. I do have some data using DiskMark though, and will try to do a comparison and post the result here.

However, I now have problem installing the toolbox, and the error messages are as follows:

Have you seen such an error before?
