Is Trim supported on RAID volumes, if not, is it possible in the future, like a driver update

No, no TRIM for SSDs in a RAID array. If it is even possible to accomplish this with a driver update, then it might happen in the future, but it's been known for quite a while now that TRIM is not supported in RAID arrays.
