Intel Z-P230 PATA SSD not recognized by the bios and reading led stays on always, also with only power.

I bought this SSD of second hand and I dont know the use that has been given.

I have checked the components with a multimeter Fluke, and resistance "RF0" and "R11" are not impedance.

Can anyone tell me the impedance of these resistors?

and if possible the impedance of all resistors of the SSD.
