What settings would u recommend on a PC with Windows Vista 64?

I have seen people doing this lately:

disable Prefetcher

disable SuperFetch

enable clearPageFilesAtShutdown

enable LargeSystemCache

set SecondLevelDataCache to the size of the Level2 cache on the CPU

disable NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation

NtfsMemoryUsage set to 2

search indexing disabled

disable drive indexing

disable system restore

disable page file

disable hibernation

enable write caching - enable advanced performance

create ramdisk for browser cache

What would u recommend?

do not know if you will read this, since month ago.....

Install Windows 7 and leave everything as is. That is what i did.
