All the top google searches link to needlessly complicated methods. Let's try to fix that.
(This is how I did it with Windows 7 and a 320 series SSD)
- Download YUMI: http://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/ http://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/
- In Step 1 select your USB flash drive.
- In Step 2 select "Try an Unlisted ISO"
- In Step 3 browse your firmware update .iso
- Click on Create.
- Done. Enjoy.
Well, that wasn't so hard, was it?

Thank you for this post.
However after following the staight forward procedure to the letter, I do get a bootable usb stick, but the ISO will not load/execute.
All I get is Grub>

From there you should be able to boot into any of the ISOs you put on the usb flash drive.
