Firmware Update 02M3, Install Problem

When booting to the ISO image on DVD, I get the following error message:

"Bad or missing command interpreter" & "Enter the full shell command line"

The workstation is a Dell Precision 3500 running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit with a X25-M 80GB boot drive. FWIW...I have applied firmware updates in the past without issue.

Sorry folks...this was completely user error on my part. Once I changed by BIOS RAID settings to "RAID Autodetect/ATA", the firmware update ran without issue. This was mentioned in the PDF Update Guidelines...I just skimmed past the "Known Issues" section, as I had applied firmware updates in the past without any BIOS changes. I'll be more careful next time.

It's a common mistake... I did the same thing.
