I had a 320 series 160GB SSD installed as the boot drive on my 3 year old Lenovo W700. Today the laptop BSOD'd (for the first time ever), and after a hard reset it refused to boot past the initial splash screen. I was only able to boot with a Ubuntu live CD after physically removing the SSD.
When I connected the SSD to another Windows machine using the bundled USB->SATA adapter, it appeared in disk manager as an uninitialized disk. I got the error "The device is not ready" when I tried to initialize it. Also, SSD Toolbox does not detect the drive at all.
Has this happened to anyone else before? Is RMAing the drive my only choice now?

Hi Sean, I'm afraid so. There's not much you can do since even SSD Toolbox can't detect the drive.
