Intel SSD Toolbox 3.1.1 has resolved this issue, and I no longer get the Drive Health warnings with 520 series SSDs that I reported previously.

Got another Intel 520 series SSD to show the same thing with Toolbox 3.1.0, this time it's a 240GB.It is beginning to look like Toolbox 3.1.0 has a bug with Intel SSDs featuring Sandforce controllers, though not with every 520 or 330 SSD.

One of my 320 Series 600GB SSDs bricked (8MB, CTX_Error) after a secure erase with SSD Toolbox. Out of desperation, I used HDDERASE in DOS and got the SSD restored to normal operation.YMMV.
