I have a few day old Intel 530 SSD and ran some tests , as you can see in the screen shots , is this normal on a brand new SSD.

Can you do it this way ? I also have a system image that i put on an external disk and i did that two days ago , just wondering if i will experience any ill effects by going this route?Thank you

The directions clearly indicate that you need to use this adapter to be able to get the SSD recognized before you can migrate the data , very confused and disappointed.
