I have a few day old Intel 530 SSD and ran some tests , as you can see in the screen shots , is this normal on a brand new SSD.

Hi sammy49, two bad blocks do not necessarily mean the drive is bad because Intel® SSDs offer additional space from over-provisioning.
In this case I recommend you running the full diagnostic scan from the Intel® SSD Toolbox and keep an eye on the count of the SMART attribute 05.

I guess my question should have been "is it normal for a never used new SSD to have two bad blocks out of the package'?

It is not unusual to have two bad blocks from a new Intel® SSD as long as the number does not increment steadily.
