Windows 10 And Intel RST

the newest build of windows 10 has Dot net 4.6 Pre-instslled. Intel RST needs Dot net 4.5 to be installed and doesn't recognize 4.6. i cannot install Dot net 4.5 because 4.6 wont allow that. i cannot uninstall 4.6 either to install 4.5. any help is very much appreciated

Windows 10 still not official released, believe all these issue would be fixed in the official release.
