Where does Intel Solid-State Toolbox save the quick & full diagnostic result files on Windows 7?

As part of a support ticket for a series 750 400Gb SSD with seemingly prematurely low estimated life remaining, I have been asked to send Support the result files for both the quick & full diagnostic scans.

Any idea where they are on a Windows 7 Ultimate x64 system?
