I'm looking for a possible upgrade for my laptop with a SSD. I think laptops are usually 2.5in.

NeHCirE,
Regrettably, we can't make any direct recommendations. The "fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotify" command will let you know whether trim is enabled (0) or disabled (1).In order to change this setting, you would need to use "fsutil behavior set disabledeletenotify 0" to enable trim support or "fsutil behavior set disabledeletenotify 1" to disable it. However this is rarely necessary since SSDs have become a fairly common storage solution type. You will only need to adjust these setting if you're running Windows* 7 without service pack, an earlier version of Windows*, or if it was manually disabled at some point.Best regards,Carlos A.11-21-2016 08:05 AM
