Unable to upgrade my firmware for Intel 600P Series 128GB M.2 SSD
Run inside NUC6i3SYK Bios SYSKLi35.86A.0057.2017.0119.1758
Update using SSD Firmware Update Tool is missing Kernel module i915 and X11 will not start.

We are don't use windows at all, we are all unix / linux in our corp.

Do you have any different model NUCs, or non-NUC systems capable of supporting the 600p Series that you could use to try and run the Firmware Update Tool in as a workaround?If not, please switch your BIOS to Legacy Mode and disable http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/000006699.html Fast Boot, then try to run the Firmware Update Tool again.If neither of these options work, please let us know.Best regards,Carlos A.03-13-2017 02:28 PM
That's not the issue X11 will not start with the Firmware upgrade tool, Update using SSD Firmware Update Tool is missing Kernel module i915 and X11 will not start.
