Does anybody have specific information on page size and erase block size of the following SSD drives:

We have updates regarding this post.As mentioned before. Page and erase block size are not indicated in the drives specifications. However, the Physical / Logical Sector size could be used to find the Erase Sector Size as shown http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Get_the_Flash_Erase_Block_Size here. The third party webpage you linked indeed does detail a way of obtaining Erase Sector Size. However examples provided there assume that Linux kernel has access directly to the hardware memory controller, which interfaces flash modules. Moreover hardware memory controller has all the information on flash chips attached to it. What Linux kernel does in those examples is mere pretty-printing this information. With SSD drive attached to motherboard there is no easy way of extracting this information as memory controller is internal to SSD drive and has no external interfaces whatsoever. As a consequence this method of identifying Erase Sector Size does not apply here.
As for the specifications you attached, the table you refer to describes what information these SSD drives return in reply to ATA IDENTIFY DEVICE command. You mention that it is possible to use "Physical / Logical Sector" word of this specification to determine the Erase Sector Size. According to ATA Command Set this particular field does indicate relationship between Physical and Logical Sector size over the ATA interface. First of all ATA interface is external to SSD flash hardware memory controller and moreover it is mere a ratio quantity and it has nothing to do with internal architecture of the SSD flash.
So thank you for your effort, but it is not quite the information I'm looking for.
