Hello dehLord,
Thanks for posting in our communities. We understand that you're experiencing a relatively slow sequential write speed on your Intel® SSD E 5400s Series. In order to better assist you, please provide us with following information: - What tool are you using for benchmarks?- Please download and run the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91... Hello dehLord,
Thanks for your reply. The https://ark.intel.com/products/94440/Intel-SSD-E-5400s-Series-120GB-2_5in-SATA-6Gbs-16nm-TLC Intel® SSD E 5400s Series (120GB, 2.5in) official benchmark sequential write is up to 400 MB/s. Please note that these results were taken from a fresh OS installation (Windows 7* SP1), with the SSD connected as a secondary unit and no data on it.From the log provided, we can see the Intel® SSD E 5400s Series is your boot drive. That plus several processes running on the back will affect the results. To obtain benchmark numbers closer to the advertised, we recommend to run a secure erase on the SSD and connect it as a secondary unit if possible.Let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.Best regards,Eugenio F.
