ssd e5400s slow write speed?

my seq read speed is above 540mbps all the time but my seq write speed starts at approximately 400mbps and goes down pretty fast, why? i get lik 180-150-200 write speed in benchmarks

Yes, i have one more question: how do i proceed to reinstall my windows? I just have to do a normal format or i need to use secure erase?

Hello dehLord,
A secure erase is recommended in this case. However, since this is your current boot device, Windows* will not allow you to wipe the SSD.If you can connect it to a different system or boot from a different drive, you can use Microsoft DiskPart* to secure erase the SSD as shown https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022179/memory-and-storage.html here. If this is not an option, you may proceed with a fresh OS installation.Please bear in mind that if you're planning to keep using the Intel® SSD E 5400s Series as your boot drive, the results might not vary from the current installation.Best regards,Eugenio F.Options
