I get a problem and want to get an answer .
Linux version 4.9.37
hardware is Soc with arm cpu inside.
when it boots up, the error reports like :

but the other brand 'KingBand ' works well on this platform.

You know, the Intel SSD FUT IS Linux. It boots Linux. And it sees both of my 760p SSDs and tells me that they have current firmware. But when I boot CentOS 7.7 = RHEL 7.7, only the first is seen. It can see either SSD if I only install one. and it can see them in either M.2 connector. Both are reported with the same subnqn, so it ignores the second one. Nice.
And, since your firmware update tool IS Linux, it seems kind of cheesy to tell people who laid out money for Intel products that Linux is not supported....
