SSD 530 Blue Screen when starting Intel SSD Toolbox

I just installed the SSD 530 (480GB) into my PC and every time I try and start the Intel SSD Toolbox I get a Blue Screen and my system crashes.

What do I need to do in order to properly use the Toolbox to perform firmware updates?

If your issue is not solved with the steps provided in any of these discussions, kindly share more details about your system. Please include the system model, and http://www.intel.com/support/siu.htm Intel® System Identification Utility or msinfo32 report (press Windows* key + R key, type "msinfo32", press OK and then File, Export).

If you have Windows* 8.1, please install the following Windows* update as it has been proved to solve issues with Intel® SSD Toolbox.
