In the Solidigm support page (https://support.solidigm.com/en-US/anonymous-createcase/), it keeps giving me this error -
Request validation has detected potentially dangerous input value(s) such as HTML, or script. Please review the input value(s) and try again.
As a result I can't create a case. What's wrong?

Dear ACtEaRis,
Thank you for contacting Solidigm. We checked the link that you sent and for us, it works appropriately. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve your issue:
-
Temporary Workaround: As a temporary workaround, you can try accessing the support page using a different browser or device. Sometimes, the issue might be specific to a particular browser or device configuration.
-
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure that you're loading the latest version of the support page without any cached data that might be causing the issue.
-
Check for Updates: Ensure that your browser and any relevant software are up to date. Sometimes, compatibility issues or security vulnerabilities in older versions of software can lead to unexpected errors.
- Browser Developer Tools: Use your browser's developer tools (usually accessible via right-clicking on the page and selecting "Inspect" or pressing F12) to inspect the network requests and responses. Look for any unusual parameters or payloads in the request that might trigger the validation error.
In case when all the options above will not help you to sole the issue, please let us know about that and we will create a ticket for you.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards,
Gleb
