If I try to do an update it prints out the following:

Updating firmware...
Error: Please contact your Intel representative about firmware update for this drive.
I contacted HP and my contact told me this:
HPE does not provide any drivers, FW or utilities for the Intel workload accelerator cards.
The question I have is what must I do to get the new Firmware for these cards?
The operating system used is Redhat 7.2 with a kernel.org kernel 4.4.1.
Many thanks in advance for any help resolving this issue.
Regards,
Holger

PaHo,
Please bear in mind that proprietary SSDs have their firmware provided by the OEM due to the possible modifications they apply to the drive. That is the reason as to why you were pointed to Dell* as their firmware are the right ones for your drive.
Best regards,
Aleki
