Hello, alexandrai.
Thank you for posting in the Intel Community Support forums.
I received your thread regarding the firmware update for your SSD using Intel Memory and Storage Tool CLI, I will be glad to assist you.
Our SSD tools cannot perform firmware updates on drives with custom OEM firmware.
If the unit came pre-installed in a desktop or laptop, the system manufacturer may have a firmware update available for this specific component, similar to the firmware you found in the Dell website, so it is recommended that you contact the manufacturer of the system where this unit came pre-installed in order to confirm if there is a firmware update available and how it can be installed.
The thread will be closed right now, but if you require any type of assistance from Intel in the future, please open a new thread or contact us via one of the other technical support contact methods, just remember to select your location: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html.
Best regards,
