When 2 P4510 SSDs are connected, my PC can't boot. The DEL key (for BIOS menu) and F8 key (for boot device selection) do not work either.
If I connect only one P4510 SSD, it boots fine but the HDD light stays on until I shutdown the PC.
The motherboard in my PC is ASUS X99 A-II.
The firmwares of both SSDs and motherboard is the latest.
Is there anyone who had the same issue and solved it ?

Well, if this is a 4-year old board, the issue moves into the compatibility category. Are there any BIOS updates that you haven't installed?
If there are no BIOS updates available (or they do not fix the issue) - and regardless of what category you consider it in - it still comes down to a bug in their BIOS. There is nothing that Intel can do to overcome bugs in their BIOS; only ASUS (or their IBV) has the source necessary to debug this issue. Unfortunately, I am inclined to think that ASUS will do nothing about this issue since the warranty period on this motherboard ended long ago. 😤
Sorry,

Thanks for the replies.
It maybe the time for me to upgrade the motherboard.

I finally found the cause. It was not the SSD, but the PCIe-U.2. adapter. I purchased one with the most expensive and the highest review, so I never doubted it. It looks that it does not provide enough power to the SSD and caused unstable behavior on booting. Sometimes hang up, sometimes slow boot, and sometimes reset BIOS. After I replaced the adapter, everything works beautifully !!

Could you please tell me which U.2 adapter you bought?
I used two from startech and none worked 100%:
