M.2 and can't remove security freeze

I recently rebuilt an old computer using the same parts it had before. But the m.2 appears to be suffing from a security freeze. I can't wipe it or even get the system to recognize it as a drive. ​its an intel 660p 1tb m.2.

You may erase the drive from Advanced Option Menu. This menu you can reach after booting from Window Installation Media USB:

1.    Boot from your Windows 10 installation USB.

2.    Select your language preferences and click/tap on Next.

3.    Click/tap on Repair your computer at the bottom.

4.    Click/tap on Troubleshoot.

5.    Click/tap on Advanced options.

6.    Click/tap on Command Prompt

7.   In the Command Prompt write commands and press Enter after each command:

diskpart

listdisk

Take your time and very carefully, on the output from the previous command, identify the drive you want to clean. The drive you want to erase is 1TB drive If this disk is listed as Disk 0, use the following command to select the drive and press Enter:

select disk 0 (replace the 0 to the relevant disk number)

Type the following command to clean the drive and press Enter:

clean

Type exit and press Enter to exit from Command Prompt.

Your drive should be erased now.

One question: why you ask your question in the Optane forum and not in Solid State Drive forum? There is not Optane Memory involved?
