Hello Team,
My customer informed that NVMe drive on Servers disappears all of sudden at OS level
Array controller can't recognize the drive either.
That happens across multiple servers.
As a workaround, they tried NVMe drive replacement, then it fixed
So it seems to be a NVMe drive issue itself.
For testing, NVMe command(identify Device) was used, but report a "internal Device Error" to any subsequent commands
I wonder If this is a known issue for Intel SSD (NVMe) drive
If known issue , what is best practice ?
The exact model: Intel SSD DC P4600 1.6TB (2.5" NVMe/PCIe SSD 1.6T)
Thanks for your answer in advance
Cheers
JY
