Intel does not recommed that you defragment the SSD. This tool is intended to regular hard disk drives.
Is your SSD detected on BIOS?
Does the OS recognize the drive?
Is the SSD detected on Disk Managenment? What't the status?

who said anything about defragmentation? as far as i know, win8 and win10 recognize ssd as ssd´s and only send the trim order to them via sheduled task, i use defraggler only to see the smart values.
it is recognized in multiple pc´s in bios/uefi, but is not recognized vie hardwaremanager, diskmanagement or anywhere else in win and linux
