Hello MajStealth,
Could you please tell us what OS you are running and which tool did you use to get this data?
You also may want to take a look at the SMART Attributes found in this document (page 18) for reference: http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/product-specifications/ssd-730-series-sp... SMART Attributes for Intel® Solid State Drive 730 Series

its a freshly installed win 8.1 pro with all drivers and updates in it. hardware is a fujitsu t902 i5-version but upgraded to 16gb kingston hyperx and this ssd. i used defraggler for the smart-values. interestingly hd tune says nothing
the toolbox itself says nothing special
but i dont trust the toolbox, cause the same toolbox says on my desktop that my june 2012 bought 330 has some thousand days power-on time

Hello MajStealth,
The large number presented by Defraggler is simply a decimal representation of the Raw Value. It is not an actual interpretation of the SMART 175 value.
SMART value 175 shows the Power-Loss Protection Failure test information. It is a 6 byte value with the individual bytes having the following interpretation.
In your picture, this is the value 0290.
In your picture, this is the value 0015
In your picture, this is the value 1 (leading 0's are truncated for this value).
The most useful way to interpret this SMART attribute is via the Normalized value. It will be set to 1 on test failure, 11 if the capacitor has been tested in an excessive temperature condition, and 100 if there are no failure conditions. You can also see that the Raw Value shown by Defraggler is pretty much the same as the Intel® SSD Toolbox. The differences are probably explained by the time lapse between when you ran Defraggler and our Toolbox.
Let us know if you have further questions.

well well well ....
some time went by and today my 730 died, not even 9mon after i bought it, and a thing just for the fun of it - the toolbox did not help a thing to prevent it - again..
